Thanks for the response.
The AP32 is connected via Ethernet, and my mobile devices are an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a Samsung Galaxy S24.
When I set it to WPA2 only, it only allows a 5GHz connection. If I try to change that option, a warning message appears.
With WPA2, it connects via 5GHz and the time remains stable.
To use the 6GHz band, I have to enable WPA2+WPA3, which activates the 6GHz option.
But when I do that-just like I showed-the time either spikes drastically or becomes unstable.

I see that you're using WPA 3 encryption. Try using only WPA 2. WPA 3 requires additional cryptographic computations and extra message exchanges compared to WPA2. It's a lot more work on both ends, and older clients could experience issues.
Also, is the access point that the test client connected to wired, or wirelessly, connected to the mesh? Always wire your mesh APs, if at all possible.
P.S. I am not a fan of '0' octets. I am old school and they were never OK as far as I'm concerned. I would engineer them out of the network, if it was my network. Be safe and stick to 1 to 254. :-)

We have two models: IAP 635A and AP32 (S1T23A).
Currently, we are conducting Wi-Fi 6E testing.
Using an iPhone 15 Pro Max, the connection to the IAP 635A is smooth-no latency spikes or instability; everything operates naturally.
However, when connected to the AP32 (S1T23A), there is noticeable latency. The timing feels delayed and unstable, with frequent jitter issues.
I'm a deployment vendor, and our client has expressed dissatisfaction specifically with the Instant On device.
I will attach photos as evidence.
This issue needs to be resolved quickly.
At this point, the AP32 is not selling well. I want to be able to confidently sell products, but I cannot promote a product that seems to have a hardware issue.
Please understand the sincerity of this message-we need a solution urgently.
If you'd like to include the photos and send this message via email or to a vendor support channel, I can help you write the full message in a formal email format as well.
