I'm able to get to the login page, but when using admin and no password nothing happens.  Same exact issue on two brand new 1960 switches.  Tried in Edge and Chrome.

Hey Morrison, the default username is admin with no password. It's the login credentials for all of our Instant On switches.

Can you please share the screenshot of the Web GUI and try to factory reset it? You will see the welcome page to select the management, either local or cloud, where we should be able to get the switch version which will also help.

I was able to finally get in and change it.  Problem now is if I go back to the web interface and put in the new credentials nothing happens after I press Login.  Both the 1960's are on the latest firmware (2.7).  Another crazy thing is I just tried accessing the web interface from another device and the logon screen shows Aruba Instant On 1930 Switch.  These are 1960 switches.

We haven't seen this before. We suspect it is a web cache issue or a duplicate IP address. Please reach out to our support team for more assistance on this issue.  https://www.arubainstanton.com/contact-support/
