For Aruba APs, in the ordering guide there are 2 variants of each model. One is standard and one is TAA. The TAA models are around 20% more expensive than the standard AP models. In the same guide the Instant On APs do not list any option to purchase them as TAA compliant.
Due to the higher cost of TAA equipment and the fact that Instant On is a 'budget' offering from HPE, I would assume they do not comply with TAA. For Aruba they specifically list the models which are TAA, so since Instant on does not mention it in any guides or the ordering tool i can only assume it is not.

Subject: US NDAA TAA Compliance
I am trying and not having much success in finding any information whether any of the Instant On equipment is NDAA and/or TAA compliant. Have a project I intended to use this but it will require this compliance.
Can anyone answer this and possibly point me to some documentation.
Thank you,
